Basically every time I come to this location we have an great experience. The burgers are always tasty and the waitstaff are awesome. They make sure you have what you need without being distracting, the burgers always seem to take just a smidge longer than expected but are always quality. If you're craving a burger you can't go wrong heading here

Have not been here in years, thought I would pop in after work, sit at the bar and see if they had a decent fake burger! So I got an impossible burger and fries. The burger was pretty good, the initial amount of fries was comical, (probably that all you can eat fry thing) someone finally came by and offered to get me more, but I was done already.

We had a fantastic experience at Red Robin in Reno tonight! From the moment we walked in, the service and atmosphere were top notch. Our waitress Kim was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. A big shoutout as well to Assistant Manager Megan, who was phenomenal and clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. It’s always nice to see a team that truly cares about their customers. The food was delicious, came out hot and fresh, and everything was exactly how we ordered it. You can tell this location is run by a great team that works hard to make every guest feel welcome. Thank you Kim and Megan for the outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back!

We had Mikola (spelling?) as our server tonight on 02/17 and she was amazing. Refills without asking, friendly, social able and she was funny as heck when she let my boyfriend’s daughter spin the wheel. Hope to have her again when we come back!

It was my first time at a Red Robin restaurant and I had a great experience! Our waitress Kim did a wonderful job and the store manager also checked in on us which was nice. Order comprised of Onion rings, Crispy Chicken Wrap w/ garlic fries, Turkey Burger w/ steamed broccoli and a diet coke. The food was delicious and service was great so I'd definitely go back to this place!

2/21/26 So tonight came with some friends 3 of us to grab some food . I was actually quite busy for a Saturday evening. We were sat in the back corner of the bar area. Nicola was our waitress and was very attentive and really was appreciative of our patience , she was great. She was the only one doing our side and there were a lot of people. Unfortunately the kitchen was a little slow tonight I don't feel it was just our area. I think it was the whole restaurant it took about an hour to get our food , thankfully our food was for the most part hot/warm but was good. Our appetizer did come out early & very quickly, which was nice so at least we had that to munch on before our main course came out. Still enjoyed our evening and Nicola even gave friend a free milkshake . Thanks Enjoy !!!!

I had the Hot Honey Crispy Chicken and the sunset lemonade. Everything was superb. Our group also had the pretzel bites, fried pickles and mozzy stix appetizers. Everything was cooked perfect and delicious. The service from our servers and manager were absolutely next level. 10/10 A wonderful first experience!

My husband and I dropped in yesterday for a quick lunch. Food was wonderful, service started out extremely slow, but our server was wonderful when she did finally show up. When we were leaving, I was picking out a balloon for my daughter. I asked my husband what color, since they didn't have a pink one.. I grabbed a blue one and we headed out the door. Before we got to our car, the man that was at the host/hostess stand, ran out the door with a pink balloon for my daughter. He must have overheard my husband and I and went and made her a pink balloon and she wasn't even with us... That was so kind of him to do and he didn't even have to do it... Thank you again sir, my daughter was THRILLED when we got home with the balloons, especially the pink one. :D
